Muskan Kumari and Paramjeet Kaur, two exceptional students, embarked on a remarkable journey from the first batch of MBA in Business Analytics at Akal Business School, Akal University Talwandi Sabo, to achieving Permanent Residency (P.R.) in Dubai.
They both seized the opportunity to work as Data Analysts at H.K. Foods Enterprises, a renowned company in Dubai.
They both hail from diverse backgrounds. Paramjeet Kaur was a B.Sc Mathematics student at Akal University, whereas Muskan completed her BCA before taking admission to an MBA.

Paramjeet Kaur lost her father at a very young age. But she didn’t let the odds come her way. Paramjit Kaur pursued her studies under a 100% scholarship, and Muskan Kumari secured a 50% scholarship.
Successfully reaching their destination
They joined H.K. Foods Enterprises in India in the fall of 2023. Rajpreet Singh Sahni, Managing director of H.K. Enterprises, praised the dedication and work ethic they added to the organization’s value.
It was their mutual interest in data-driven insights separated them from others, and led them to this path.
