Akal University organized a meaningful Donation Drive led by the Department of Social Science in association with the Dean Student Welfare (DSW) Office. Scheduled from January 16–20, 2026, the initiative aimed to instill empathy, responsibility and service-minded values among students and staff.
Supporting Underprivileged Communities
The drive encouraged the Akal University family to contribute new or gently used clothing, shoes, socks and essential wear for individuals in need. Collection points were set up at the Academic Block Entrance to ensure smooth and accessible participation.
A Collective Step Toward Social Responsibility
With enthusiastic support from students and faculty, the initiative reinforced the university’s commitment to social welfare, ethical leadership and community upliftment. Through compassionate action, the Akal University community demonstrated that small contributions can create meaningful impact.
