Dr. Aqib Mujtaba Empowers Researchers with Expert Lecture at SMVD University

In a remarkable academic engagement, Dr. Aqib Mujtaba, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Akal University, Talwandi Sabo, was invited as a Distinguished Resource Person for the Online Refresher Course on “Research Methodology Using Time Series and Panel Data Analysis”, organized by the UGC–Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC), Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU).

Held from 6th to 18th October 2025, the course aimed to equip faculty and researchers with advanced econometric methodologies aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

Insightful Session on PARDL and PNARDL Models

On 15th October 2025, Dr. Mujtaba delivered his expert lecture on “Panel Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (PARDL) and Panel Nonlinear Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (PNARDL) Models” from 3:45 PM to 5:15 PM in online mode.

The session drew participation from over 75 faculty members and research scholars representing reputed universities and institutions across India.

The event commenced with a cordial welcome address by Dr. Gopinathan R., the Session Coordinator, who introduced Dr. Mujtaba and highlighted his academic expertise in econometric modeling and quantitative research.
