Wasteland – Exploring the Dark Side of Modern Society
Dystopia is becoming more and more prevalent in the world we live in today. We can relate it to The Wasteland by Nobel Prize-winning author T.S. Eliot. It is recognized as one of the most significant poems of the 20th century and an essential piece of modernist poetry. The poem is about disintegration & loss.
“Wasteland” enjoys epitome space in the literary field. When you delve into such work, you feel like you are exploring the dark side of modern society. People are deprived spiritually.
