The Student Induction Program marks the beginning of a new academic year with remarkable excitement, providing new students with a broad introduction to university life. The week-long program comprises interaction, orientation, and growth-oriented activities from July 24 to July 31, 2025, with the goal of providing the youngsters with a promising start.

Setting the Foundation for a Life-Changing Experience

The week-long induction is not just an event, but a launch to facilitate a smooth transition from school to university life. At its core, the curriculum helps students become more self-assured, more socially adaptive, and more in line with the university’s values-based scientific teaching.

Key Highlights of the Student Induction Program

• Enlightening Expert Sessions- These newcomers will be interacting with the experts from various fields.
• Department Orientation- This will introduce the students to their department head, faculty, curriculum, and academic insights.
• Session on NEP-2020- These dedicated sessions will assist the students to understand policy insights and interdisciplinary learning.
• Workshops on Personality Development and Human Values- To teach them emotional resilience and to instill basic human values, these personality development sessions will be offered to the students.
• Introducing Students to Campus Culture- Students will be introduced to the anti-ragging policies and the drug-free and inclusive environment of the campus.
• Understanding Various Clubs and Cells- They will be introduced to the vibrant platforms such as National Service Scheme (NSS), National Cadet Corps (NCC), and Red Ribbon Club (RRC) that foster community outreach and a sense of social responsibility among the students.
