Step-by-Step Recruitment Process
The placement journey began with an eligibility test registration via Google Forms. This test, held offline, was the first filter in selecting deserving candidates. Only those who cleared the test were invited for interviews.
Rigorous Two-Level Interview Rounds
- The interview process was thoughtfully structured in two levels.
- The first round assessed the candidates’ basic knowledge and readiness.
The second round was held for shortlisted candidates to evaluate deeper subject expertise and suitability.
These interviews were conducted under the supervision of Ms. Manpreet Kaur, HR, Head Office, Baru Sahib, ensuring a transparent and fair selection.
Diverse Academic Representation
Students from various departments including Chemistry, Commerce, Economics, Education, Mathematics, Physics, Punjabi, and Zoology cleared the interviews, showcasing the university’s academic excellence.
